Karen L. Coston was born in Woodbury, NJ. She is the second of 7 children and grew up in the small town of Jericho. moving to Cleveland, OH when she was 10 years old. She later joined the United States Marine Corps where she met and married Timothy O. Coston Jr. who is now the pastor of Cain Memorial AME Church in Bakersfield, CA. Karen is the mother of 5 children and has 4 lovely grandchildren. She's currently employed as a clinic nurse working with program that oversees children in the foster care system.

OUR SERVICES
In order to address the issues of gender equality, we are also creating opportunities for training and mentorship to empower and train girls and young ladies. We do this by providing workshops on self esteem, assertiveness, exposing them to leadership opportunities.

Our team addresses health and wellness issues that affect women; primarily focusing on breast health, after noticing there weren’t many free programs in our communities. We achieve this by bridging the gap between resources and the ladies.
